Our services are open to all, meaning your client doesn’t need to be a resident to receive care here.

Independent Living

At Luther Manor, it’s easy to continue to live independently in our Terrace independent living apartments. Residents can use our flexible, affordable services for a couple of weeks, a few months or on a continuous basis as needed.

Bridge Program

Sometimes healing takes a little longer than expected. If one is not ready to go home after being in the hospital or receiving rehabilitative therapies, Luther Manor offers a step in between with a safe place to stay and extra help while recovering. During a stay, residents have full access to the community’s amenities and activities.

Rehabilitation

When it comes to healing, older adults have unique needs. Our rehab experts specialize in in-patient therapies that offer better outcomes for seniors. Ask about our Rehab-to-Home Bridge Program.

Assisted Living

Our experienced nurses and caregivers offer just the right amount of support to enhance independence and allow residents to enjoy the freedom to live life
on their own terms. As a licensed assisted living Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), Luther Manor meets stringent standards of care.

Skilled Nursing Care

We offer attentive, 24/7 care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences with onsite ECG diagnostic testing, basic lab testing and an in-house physician on staff five days a week.

Hospice Care

We help make whatever time remains as peaceful and meaningful as possible. As a nonprofit, we care for all people regardless of age, nationality, religion, immigration status or ability to pay.
