Q: What is RCAC?

A: Luther Manor is licensed for 50 Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) apartments within the Terrace Independent Living Apartments. RCAC care honors the individual’s preference to remain in his/her apartment but receive services which maintain independence. The RCAC program has Registered Nurses who can provide medication set up and CNAs to supervise medication administration. Due to physical limitations, residents may want assistance with daily activities including showering and dressing. The care and services are overseen and reviewed by the multidisciplinary staff of Luther Manor Terrace. The RCAC monthly fee is in addition to the monthly service fee for the Terrace apartment. Fill out Interest Form for more information.
