There is no charge for the E-Mail Center, and your friends and extended family members are invited to send as many E-Mails as you wish. E-Mails are converted to stationery and delivered in a sealed envelope as part of the regular mail delivery to residents. Please allow one business day for processing and delivery of your message. Messages are not delivered on the weekend.
