Jackson S.
Client Relations Coordinator Hired: Dec. 27, 2007
What do you like most about working at Luther Manor? What I like most about working at Luther Manor is the atmosphere around the building. You feel as if you belong here, like being in a family. Residents, volunteers and staff all come together to create this feeling that most workplaces don’t have.
What has kept you at Luther Manor all these years? I’ve been at Luther Manor a little over three years. It’s so rewarding to hear how appreciative families and residents are of the care that we provide, whether it’s hands-on care or behind the scenes work. I can definitely see how some staff members have been here 25 years or more.
What would you tell a prospective employee about working at Luther Manor? I would tell anyone interested in applying to Luther Manor that it’s more than just doing your job and going home at the end of the day. We try and help each other out and go out of our way to lend a hand, whether it’s to a resident or colleague.
