Our dedicated, caring and professional team of experts will focus on you and your recovery, so you can return home, resume your daily routines and get back to the activities you enjoy as quickly as possible.

Personalized and collaborative expert care
At the Rehabilitation Center, licensed, experienced therapists provide orthopedic, cardiac and one-on-one stroke rehabilitation services including physical, occupational and speech therapy. Our team of therapists, social workers and client relations professionals will work with hospital discharge planners, physicians and other members of your healthcare team to make the transition to the center smooth and effortless for you. Throughout your stay, we will include you in making decisions about your care and provide edution and support for you and your family to prepare you for your return home and the next steps in your recovery.

Privacy and the comforts of home
The Rehabilitation Center is a designated area within Luther Manor. In addition to personalized, expert medical care, the center offers a variety of accommodations and services to respect your privacy, make your stay comfortable and provide you with a positive, successful healthcare experience.

While the Rehabilitation Center is a designated, private unit, our guests are welcome to take advantage of the many on-site conveniences the Luther Manor community has to offer. During your stay, you may attend Sunday and special seasonal worship services, ecumenical Bible studies, Catholic Mass and/or weekly Rosary services. A pharmacy, beauty salons/barber shops, two convenience stores, an ice cream parlor and a variety of social and entertainment opportunities are available, as well.

Reservations accepted.
Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We welcome and encourage you to schedule a get acquainted visit, tour the center and reserve a room with us when planning for an upcoming surgery or elective procedure. We know this can be a troublesome and hectic time. We’ll provide you with everything you need, help you make arrangements with your doctor and/or hospital and give you one less thing to worry about.
