Programming
The first is expert dementia specific programming guided by the philosophy
of person-centered care. This programming is carried out by educated and
trained staff, in an environment designed to support the needs of persons
with dementia.
Services
We are proactive advocates for families and participants. The
services provided at our two sites, Wauwatosa and Lakefield, include meaningful
activities in a social environment, and medical and health support services.
On an individual basis, care management, support groups, education and
referral services, pastoral care, and parish nursing are also available.
